The British Sledge Hockey Association is delighted to announce that the dates for the 3rd Planet Ice British Sledge Hockey League.
Due to the growth of Sledge Hockey in the UK the league has now been split into 2 divisions, with promotion and relegation between divisions.
Division 1 will feature the current league champions, Kingston Kestrels, as well as the Manchester Phoenix and the Peterborough Phantoms.
Division 2 will feature the Battle Back Bison, Cardiff Huskies and Coventry Honey Badgers.
As in previous years the format will be that each club will host a tournament at their home rink.
Division 1 Games
- 25th May - Altrincham
- 22nd June - Altrincham (Kestrels round hosted at Altrincham due to possible rink closure) T.B.C.
- 20th July - Peterborough
Division 2 Games
- 8th June - Basingstoke
- 14th July - Cardiff
- 13th August - Coventry
The play-offs will be held at Widnes with date to be confirmed once the IPC announce the dates/location of the final qualifying tournament for Sochi 2014 Winter Paralympics.
