Using the front and back Shirt templates design a Polo Shirt for supporters and players of the GB Sledge Hockey Team. The winning design will be judged based on artwork, originality and customer appeal. With today’s modern sublimation process you are only limited by your imagination, create on!
The competition is open to all interested parties. All designs must be submitted on an “official” entry form, be original and once entered into the competition becomes the property of the Team. The judge’s decision is final. Submit designs by Monday 31st October 2011 to the address below or online to [email protected]. The winning entry will be selected and the winner notified by the end of November 2011. The official Team GB Sledge Hockey Polo top will be made based on the winning design.
