To register with the British Sledge Hockey Association please complete the short form below and an email will be sent out to you shortly with a link to the full registration forms.
Registration Costs
Senior player (over 18 on the 1st January 2013): £50
Junior Player (under 18 on the 1st January 2013): £15
Coach (EIHA Level 2 or equivalent): £15
Volunteer: Free
New players are required to register immediately but don’t need to make payment until they have attended 3 training sessions or BSHA events.
An invoice will be sent to you after registering. The BSHA recognise the costs involved with playing sledge hockey and is happy to discuss a payment plan scheme to assist.
